Relationship with ourselves

Inner Critic

Imposter Syndrome

People Pleasing

You have an inner voice, constantly criticising you and telling you you're not good enough. It's time to treat yourself with compassion instead and find your inner cheerleader.

Ruminating on Thoughts

Sometimes there can be a disconnect between what we understand rationally about our skills and abilities and how we feel emotionally about them. Understanding the route of these beliefs and building yourself a new narrative from your own knowledge is the key.

Ruminating on Thoughts

Putting off doing a task by doing anything else leads to even more anxiety and trying to be 'perfect' at it puts even more pressure on yourself. Finding a way to accept that  'good enough' is good enough, will help to break this cycle.

Lack of Confidence

Procrastination & Perfectionism

What we believe about ourselves often has a big impact on how we show up in the world. When we lack confidence, we lack belief in our skills, abilities and in who we are. Challenging your beliefs about yourself and reconnecting with or building up a new self-assured part of you will help you move forwards with renewed confidence.
