• Single-session therapy, where we'll focus on a very specific issue with the aim of finding new perspectives in that one session.

• Short-term therapy around 6 - 12 sessions.

• Onoing therapy, where we can work together for as many sessions as you'd like. This option allows us to work more in-depth to work through longer-standing or historical issues.

I charge £70.00 per session 

I ask for payment in advance of the session via payment link.

I use Zoom or Google Meet for online counselling sessions.
