Yes, I'm a registered member of BACP - British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy and I abide by their ethical framework.

Therapy is all about building a relationship with your therapist, so you feel you can talk to them and tell them about your promblems and they will listening and help you to understand what's happening or see new perspectives by drawing on different ideas and theories they have learnt.

I don’t currently offer introductory calls, but I’m happy to answer questions by email so you can get a sense of whether we’d be a good fit.

Yes, absolutely! Our ability to talk and think together online will be just as effective as sitting in a room together. Some people find it easier to talk more openly when they're not sitting opposite a person and being in your own environment can help you to feel more comfortable and relaxed. You'll also save on travel time and costs.

A first session is our first full session together, so you can tell me more about your current situation and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. I'll ask you questions to find out more about you and we'll discuss how we might work together and how I think I'll be able to help you. You can also ask me any questions you might have.

60 minutes.

I can be flexible, so if you want to have sessions at a regular day and time, we can do this but if you need flexibility or work shifts, then I can accommodate this too.

We can either agree on a number of sessions or we can work on an open-ended basis, so you can have as many sessions as you feel you need or want.

No, I'm only qualified to work with individuals. Always check that couples counsellors have completed a specific couples training.
